Refund & Returns Policy — The Lux Hub

We want you to love every purchase from The Lux Hub. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) in accordance with UK Consumer Rights regulations.

Standard Returns

You may return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the following conditions:


  • Items must be in original, unworn condition

  • All swing tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Once your return has been inspected and approved, a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your parcel.

If you prefer, you may request an exchange or store credit, which is usually processed on the same day the return is approved.

Please note: Swimwear is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

🎄 Extended Christmas Returns

Orders placed between 15th November – 24th December qualify for our extended Christmas returns period.


  • Refunds: Available within 14 days of delivery

  • After 14 days until 10th January 2026: Exchange or store credit only

Promotional, Sale, & Discount Policies

Black Friday & Promotional Events

Items purchased during promotional discount periods are eligible for:


  • Exchange or store credit only

  • Refunds are only available if the item is faulty

This does not affect your statutory UK consumer rights.

Bundle & Multi-Buy Discounts

If you return only part of a discounted bundle (e.g., “10% off 2 items / 15% off 3+ items”), the refund will be recalculated based on the correct pricing for the items you keep.

Sale & Last Sizes

Items purchased from our SALE or LAST SIZES sections are:


  • Non-refundable

  • Eligible for exchange or store credit only, provided they meet our standard return requirements

Promo Codes

Items purchased using regular promo codes (e.g., “5% off your first order”) are still fully refundable.

How to Return an Item (Step-by-Step)


  1. Visit our Returns Portal to submit your return request.

  2. Wait for approval — follow the instructions sent to your email once accepted.

  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

  4. Include your packing slip. If lost, include a note with your name and order number.

  5. Return your parcel using Royal Mail Tracked services only.


    We cannot accept items returned via other couriers.



  6. Once your parcel arrives with us, we will inspect the item.

  7. If approved, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5 business days.

⚠️ Important Return Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:


  • Arrive without swing tags

  • Show signs of wear or damage

  • Carry strong smells (perfume, smoke, body odour, etc.)

  • Are not in original packaging

  • Were purchased using store credit

  • Were returned using a courier other than Royal Mail

Additional Notes


  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Royal Mail Tracked must be used; we cannot be held liable for lost parcels.

  • A £5 restocking fee applies to all approved refunds (not applicable to exchanges or credit notes).

  • Non-returnable categories include: swimwear and certain hygiene-sensitive items.

  • As a small independent business, we operate on tight margins. Our returns policy is designed to protect both our customers and the sustainability of The Lux Hub.
